Roadvision to CLI FACTS Exporter

Export workflow

Choose a date window, apply optional filters, set your CLI FACTS defaults, and export a ready-to-import CSV file.

Pick a date range and the Roadvision date field.
Filter by bill-to, PRO, BOL, PO, or accounts if needed.
Set bill terms, company, service type, and debtor account.

CSV file name uses the selected date window.

Use Roadvision bill-to as debtor account

Shipper/consignee name and address fields come from Roadvision. If an account number is missing, name and ZIP still satisfy the import requirement.

Required fields checklist

The following fields in the template are mandatory and, if not entered, will create a Fatal error and the shipment will not get created when file is imported.

Export notes

The exporter fills up to three freight lines from Roadvision items and leaves accessorial columns empty.

Debtor account defaults to bill-to when enabled, otherwise the value you provide is used for every shipment.

Export CSV

The file downloads immediately after the export runs. Upload it directly into CLI FACTS to create shipments.
